CLUB Coaching employs a one-of-a-kind, holistic coaching system to ensure that you not only learn Dutch, but also develop the skills necessary to check on your long-term learning process. There are several courses to choose from, corresponding to your personal needs and level of Dutch. Have a look at the options below!
For all courses:
- Teams no bigger than 6 people
- Materials (printed and digital) and location are included in the price
- We employ a solidarity-based payment system: course participants can choose to pay a course fee depending on their own financial possibilities. This means that learners with a higher exposable income can choose to pay a slightly higher price, which in turn allows learners with a lower disposable income to access the course at a more affordable price.
- Teams are run by volunteers who are still training to become a coach. If you want your team to be supported by a trained coach, please have a look at our offer for businesses and teams.
Beginner
In this course, we will discuss the fundamentals of Dutch grammar and support you in making a learning plan that works for your personal daily life. You will meet your team once a week to discuss your progress and are guided through a grammar session that enables you to use basic Dutch in your daily life. By the end of the course, you will be able to make Dutch sentences, conjugate verbs and have acquired a vocabulary of 350 words.

Intensive
In our one week, full-time Intensive Course, we will discuss the fundamentals of Dutch grammar and practice real-life situations and conversations that you can use in your own daily life – think of introducing yourself, doing groceries, ordering food, asking for directions or going to the doctor’s office. You will thus not only learn the theory of the Dutch language, but rather learn to apply it right away. This situated learning approach enables you to learn faster and more efficiently because you learn the necessary conversation skills in the actual places you will use them in.
- Time investment: 1 week, 8 hours/day

Advanced
In this course, you an your team read a book written in simple Dutch and follow exercises to practice your reading and writing skills. In addition, you meet with your team once a week to discuss the content of the book, reflect on your learning and practice your grammar – in Dutch. Throughout the course, you will learn to get comfortable using the language in daily life and practice to have advanced conversations, and reflect on your learning.
- Time investment: 8 weeks, 1.5h meeting/week, plus exercises
- Costs: €80 on average, based on our solidarity pricing system
- Language of instruction: Dutch/English
- Suitable for: Anyone above a Dutch A2 level
- Location: Wageningen

“Welcome to NL” Course
This course is designed to help you prepare for coming to the Netherlands. It includes basic pronunciation and vocabulary, such as introducing yourself or asking for directions. In addition, your coach will support you in preparing for the cultural aspects of coming to the Netherlands – and, of course, you get to connect to other people who will move to the Netherlands, and can start building your social network and share experiences.
- Time investment: 4 weeks, 1h meeting/week, plus exercises
- Costs: €75 on average, based on our solidarity pricing system
